Shipping policy

We will deliver your goods to the address specified within the contract.  Delivery will be booked in with you once we have received suitable funds for the goods to be released and delivered.

Subject to receiving your deposit, delivery charge and at least eight consecutive, uninterrupted weekly payments (or more if specified) we will book your delivery in with our delivery team.  Once they book the delivery in and add it to their schedule, they aim to deliver within 5 to 10 working days*.

The delivery charge is clearly marked on each product page.  As the delivery charge can differ depending on which product you choose, please confirm your delivery charge by looking on the product page of whatever item you are trying to purchase.

We can deliver to all Mainland UK addresses. Please note that we can deliver ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES ONLY TO NORTHERN IRELAND (no furniture etc). Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take longer.  Delivery to Isle of Wight subject to an additional £15 surcharge and may take a little longer to deliver.  *Deliveries to KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, LL, TR, PL, EX, SA, TQ might have an added delay depending on our schedules.
